Rediscover your wellbeing
Community-based, mobile physiotherapy is what Reach Rehabilitation is all about. I come to you, to your home or community – whether that's a nursing home, your house, or a local pool or gym – at a time that suits you.
If you're elderly, immobile or disabled, physiotherapy is important to enhance your independence and quality of life, yet getting to a traditional clinic can be challenging. I started Reach Rehab in Brisbane over 10 years ago to make it easier for my patients to access quality, professional physiotherapy.
My goal is to deliver personalised, goal-orientated physiotherapy to my patients in an environment that's familiar and comfortable for them. In their own home or community, their specific needs can usually be met more effectively and they see results in shorter timeframes.
I tailor programs to each client’s individual situation and personal goals using specialist therapies such as hydrotherapy and electrotherapies where appropriate.
I love helping my patients overcome their physical challenges and seeing them get the most out of life!

Rehabilitation
If you've been affected by an accident, illness or surgery, a rehabilitation program will have you back to normal more quickly. Rehabilitation plays a pivotal role in post-operative care, helping to relieve pain, improve strength and reduce the effects of muscle wasting. For injuries, rehabilitation minimises tissue damage and strengthens muscles for functional use.
Neurological Rehabilitation
We provide specialised rehabilitation programs for adults with neurological conditions arising from Strokes, Parkinsons Disease, MS, Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Cerebral Palsy and degenerative diseases. Rehabilitation helps with symptoms such as muscle weakness and paralysis, poor coordination, loss of sensation and pain.
Hydrotherapy
Aquatic physiotherapy can improve your flexibility, strength, posture, balance, general movement, and walking. A targeted treatment program in the pool can help you address your main difficulties in these areas. Hydrotherapy is especially beneficial for people whose conditions can be aggravated by land-based exercises.
Healthy Aging
Restore mobility, increase fitness levels, and reduce pain. Geriatric physiotherapy is a proven means for older adults of every fitness level to improve their strength, build their confidence, and remain active. Small changes can make a big difference, enabling you to go back to an activity you love or stay in your home independently for longer.

Disability Support
Physiotherapy is ideal for supporting people with disabilities to participate in the physical activities they’re interested in. It helps improve motor skills, strength, balance, and overall mental, emotional and physical well-being. Those diagnosed with non-physical conditions, such as Autism and intellectual disabilities, also see significant benefits from physiotherapy.
Pain Management
Get back to doing what you enjoy without debilitating pain. A combination of exercise, manual therapy and education helps individuals with acute or chronic pain regain control of their lives. Treatment to relieve pain may include soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations, electrotherapy, corrective exercise and advice on activity modification. Improving mobility and strength also helps to reduce pain.
